You'll need a gate opener
In order to get into our neighborhood,
you'll need a gate opener. If you're a new resident, and did not
receive a gate opener, you'll need to contact the Management Company (Click
Here).
The gate openers work on all four (4)
entrances to the community. You need an opener to get in, but not
to get out. When exiting Lakes of Katy, just pull up towards the
exit gate until you see it start moving. Your car will trigger the
gate to open once it gets close to the gate.
WARNING: Never push on the gates.
If you see someone on the outside using their car or truck to try to
push the gates open, get their license plate and contact the county
sheriff (Click
here), or any member of the LOK
Board (Click
here).
