The Role of the Capital Committee

The role of the Capital Committee is to manage all the community common properties off the water and manage neighborhood capital improvement projects such as roads, bridges, gates, fencing, etc..  The Capital Committee works closely with the Lake Committee on many projects.

Current or Latest Project Status:

What projects are you currently working on? 
- South Shoreline fence, trees, hydra-mulch and irrigation- under construction
- Island Irrigation - complete

Anticipated completion dates? South Shoreline – May 1st

What projects are on the horizon?
- Cleaning up the Pitts Perimeter and irrigating.
- Sealing the streets – to extend the life of the asphalt.
