 Lakes of Katy POA Board of Directors
Current LOK Board Members and their
contact information are listed below. Board members are voted
into position at the annual Property Owners Association (POA) meeting for 2 year terms.
The members of the LOK Board of
Directors (BOD) will have general responsibility of the affairs,
property, and assets of the POA. It's the duty of the Board to
carry out the goals and purposes of the Association and, to manage
and control all of its property and assets. For more details on the

How to request getting on the agenda with the Board:
the agenda is set one week prior to the actual meeting, so anything
that needs to be discussed will need to be emailed to the current
President, prior to the one week period.
Schedule of POA meetings: held annually,
usually in May.
