 The Role of the Architectural
Compliance Committee
The role of the Architectural Committee is to make sure residences are
abiding by our community building code restrictions. Any new home
or property improvement project needs to be submitted to the
Architectural Committee for approval before any building commences.
This committee is also in charge of communicating infractions to the LOK
